All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipping)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days delivery after shipping)
Note for International Collectors: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your anime collectibles. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Item must be in original condition (unopened, with all packaging and tags)
- All original accessories and documentation must be included
- No signs of wear or post-delivery damage
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our collector community, these items cannot be returned:
- Opened collectible figures (Bishoujo Figures, Nendoroids, etc.)
- Doll accessories removed from original packaging
- Plushies showing signs of use or without tags
- Items marked “final sale” or “limited edition”
How to Return an Item

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):
